Introduction

I read tarot for years and then pretty much stopped...for no good reason in particular. I'd like to get reacquainted...and moved to Bellingham 9 months ago. I read Pan Gaia and Sagewoman, so I'm familiar with Joanna's writing and her deck.

What do you want to see happen in our Meetup?

An exchange of perspectives and experiences....insight about reading, spreads, decks.

What excites you the most about Tarot?

I love the imagery, the history, and the flashes of insight that sometimes happen.... the mystery

How did you get interested in Tarot?

I began reading about Tarot as a teenager and was given my first deck - Rider Waite - by a friend during college, and began reading. Years later, I passed that same deck on to another friend who was beginning to read.

What are your favorite Tarot decks?

Sacred Rose or Hanson Roberts to read. I have several others just for the imagery -like the Halloween and Voodoo decks...and the cat people. I loved Lunea Weatherstone's collage deck and Motherpeace too, but don't have them.
