January 2009 Houston Tarot Meetup (New Details About This Meetup)

O.K. ~ here are the details on our upcoming January Meetup!! We will be looking at what the New Year ~ 2009 may hold for us. Feel free to bring a friend if you'd like. This is going to be fun!

We will do this by looking at some spreads that will give us insight, knowledge and hopefully empower us to better know how to handle the year ahead. The main spread that I'm hoping we can work through together as a group is one developed by my long distance Tarot buddies Kevin Quigley and Cory Waletzko.

They designed a New Year Spread that I think you will find very interesting and helpful as we move into the new year!

My goal as we work through these spreads is to provide a reading that is what Mary K. Greer calls "RITE" There are readings that are interactive, transformational and empowering. This is a powerful style of reading Tarot and one that I hope you will appreciate.

It doesn't matter if you are a total beginner or a professional reader. You will be able to learn more about Tarot, how readings work and hopefully gain some helpful insight about the new year.

I also have a few new decks and books that have come out since our last meetup. I guarantee that you will find them intriguing and will want to get your own copy!

Join us for some great food, fellowship, friendship and to learn more about yourself and your year through Tarot. We will have a door prize giveaway and as always collect a love offering to help cover the costs of our meetup.
